Since Psyco is now unmaintained and dead (see http://psyco.sourceforge.net/) it is time to remove this. The projects recommendation is to use pypy instead.

Looks OK, but would like @friedelwolff to deal with this one. Maybe he has different plan for psyco in Virtaal. |

Psyco is unmaintained and unusable with Python 2.7. This removes Virtaal's dependency on it.
