Added script for downloading a local copy of the git repo, add a job to sync once every 5 minutes, and added the location of the repo to PATH
In this way, we can just run the commands, and they will get updated automagically if changed.
I'm not an expert in systemd (or bash for that matter), so comment if something is wrong.
