This PR adds a Dockerfile and documentation for running the Docker image.
This PR also adds
.gitlab-ci.yml, which adds support for running automated builds on Gitlab.The docs for Docker currently point at Docker Hub, but if we adapt the automated builds from Gitlab the docs should be updated to reference that image location instead.
