From a quick look, this looks ok. Thanks for contributing!
In order to accept I would need two things:
- Documentation for the added functions.
- Some idea of how you tested this, is it used in a game?
(I know this is an old PR but I became active here again only recently.)

I wrote these changes for my own use. If they are useful to others, feel free to merge. The main changes are in the Friends and Matchmaking APIs.
