The Future Learners Contact Center (FLCC) uses data from their roster to develop statistics that help determine where to best allocate staff. This tool is designed to extract the data from the roster and put it into a table format which makes it easier to generate statistical information.
This tool is an Excel Add-in written using the Office JavaScript API.
