Addition of `rebeccapurple` to bring color names to CSS Color Level 4.

Just a bump to note that this module is still on CSS3 and could easily be CSS4 (https://www.w3.org/TR/css-color-4/#svg-color) with this merge. |

Thanks for your continuous effort to make this go through. Sorry for me being (very) late, I'm struggling to organize my time, and not doing a good job at that obviously. |
