Bump to go 1.21 context.AfterFunc schedules a function once ctx get cancelled. Use ut to interrupt I/O on Conn. If a deadline has not been reached scheduling gets canceled. This version also fixes a bug when attached deadline stays on a socket if deadline/cancellation has not happened.
