Sentry Issue to Slack Webhook

This Cloudflare Workers file provides a way to receive Slack webhooks upon a new Sentry Issue being created without needing a paid account.

Requirements

• Set your specified Slack webhook URL to the enviorment variable SLACK_WEBHOOK_URL (either in the wranger.toml file or on the dashboard)
