We're temporarily adding a banner to the website to encourage people to vote for Wagtail in the CMS Critic Awards. I've reworked most of the code so that it will function more as a general headline banner than as a banner specifically for promoting Wagtail Space. I want to hold on to the image styles since we will likely use them again.
This banner will be pushed to the staging website for additional testing.
