…e attempting to run tests for components that no longer exist (`browser-scraper`, `auth-engine`, and `events`) or install dependencies from a deleted `requirements.txt` file. This change removes the obsolete test functions, their corresponding command-line arguments and the obsolete pip install commands, allowing the tests to pass. It also updates both GitHub Actions workflows.
