Formula used to calculate Rt based on ADC measurement:

Rt = R x ADC / ( 1024 - ADC ) where R = 120k

Rt is then looked up in a table with values ranging from 0 to 50 degrees. Interpolation is used to get to an accuracy of 1 decimal.
