A dependabot update got these two out of sync and it's preventing the Version and Release action from running `npm ci`.

What Are We Doing Here
Just ran
npm installto sync up the package-lock file with package.json.I suspect it got out of sync with a recent dependabot PR #53, which is now causing our Version and Release action to fail.
