Once hidden in previous steps, the next button doesn't show up anymore unless the
event_typeis set tonext.In majority of scenarios it makes sense to only show the next button, if there is no other trigger specified. However, there are some cases where the step is 'optional' and user may simply just go on without performing the action.
Having showNext as an option doesn't make sense if it is not enforced.
