update opensearch anlytics scripts to include engagement

I changed the opensearch index name to presenter-representation since engagement refers to two metrics now. Initially engagement referred only to the representation of presenters, that's why it was named that way. I left algolia as is along with the query names but we could have a follow up to rename after removing the algolia analytics.

Verified by comparing the results in front end to opensearch
