给上传相关api增加是否覆盖重名文件参数，防止在一个具有大量文件的文件夹下连续上传文件时，大量时间耗费在
get_file_list函数上#79，而为了防止出现重名文件，新增了去除重名文件api，可以连续上传完文件之后调用一次
