Yes! Ethicra uses Firebase Authentication for secure login, AWS S3 for encrypted file storage, and follows best practices for user privacy and data security.
You can upload your resume in PDF or image formats (such as PNG, JPG).
If you’re shortlisted, the platform generates personalized interview questions based on your resume. You’ll interact with an AI bot through voice, and your video is recorded with live face detection for integrity (on certain deployments). Afterward, you receive an automated report with analytics and scoring.
Video interview integrity and face detection are available on the main Render deployment (https://ethicra.onrender.com/). The Vercel demo does not include video integrity features.
You’ll receive a detailed report including video analytics, emotion summary, AI-generated transcript, and scoring. Admins use these unbiased reports for final selection.
Only verified organizations and admins can post, edit, or close job listings. Applicants can browse and apply to all open jobs.
Yes! The User Dashboard offers a practice interview mode so you can hone your skills in a no-risk environment.
