Community modules were updated to look for `rgb_matrix_module.inc` in 1.1.0, so we don't need to manually enable the custom kb option

Community modules were updated to look for
rgb_matrix_module.incin 1.1.0, so we don't need to manually enable the custom kb option. If RGB Matrix is enabled, it looks at all modules for this file, and includes it auto-magically.
