I added functionality to add and delete songs from local playlists. Files are updated with relative paths.
I tested that it works locally on my device, so this resolves the issue I made, #591. However, the code was written by Cursor and only checked by me, someone inexperienced at Kotlin, so it should be reviewed carefully and possible edited.
