• Replaced the detailed pull request template with a minimal placeholder, encouraging contributors to use Copilot-generated overviews and add any additional context as needed. This reduces overhead and focuses on automation.

Build Configuration Updates:

• Updated CMakeLists.txt to add support for new components (HandClusterB and MiddleWareApp) while deprecating the InstrumentClusterApp. Adjustments include new resource files, include directories, and executable targets.
