A simple tool that converts Excel spreadsheets to .NET RESX resource files.

What it does

• Converts translation data from Excel (.xlsx) to RESX format
• Updates existing or creates new RESX files
• Preserves comments and existing translations
• Creates backups before changes
• Includes undo functionality

Usage

• Select Excel file
• Choose destination folder
• Enter RESX base name
• Click "Process"

• First row: column headers with language codes
• First column: resource keys
• Other cells: translations
• A column named "default" will always be used as the default language (creates Name.resx)
• If no "default" column exists, "en" will be used as the default
