  • add NSIS install step to Windows workflow
  • remove Fedora 40 & 41, add 43

Not sure, but this looks like a Sourceforge dead mirror issue. Unfortunately GitHub seems to have removed the option to just re-run the failed build to try again.

The Fedora rawhide issue is addressed by PR #59.

Windows 2025 image no longer contains NSIS.
- Fedora 40 & 41 are EOL
- keep Fedora 38 for AppImage build

That's what you get from copy & pasting from the official documentation of a GitHub action...

The latest version of the action works fine and now Windows builds pass again.
