Release notes

• QC plots for all ROIs will be aggregated into two reports: bin_density_report.html and sigsum_report.html. This makes it easier to evaluate QC results in projects with a large number of ROIs.
• Two folders will be created for output: all HTML reports will be output to output_reports, and all quantification and cluster mapping CSVs will be output to output_tables. This facilitates easier location of the HTML reports when there are a large number of output tables.
