Overview
Updates the RotationCylinder @deprecated message in volume_params.py to state that RotationVolume supports Sphere entities in addition to Cylinder and AxisymmetricBody.

Applies a minor formatting-only change to the cylindrical_refinement_translator function signature in volume_meshing_translator.py (no logic change).
