You want to run single end?! I would like to add a "proceed with caution" documentation to that as several people have tried with various range of success, due to the fusion detection tool capabilities |

I don't have single-end data, but I have reached out to a couple of Slack users that brought this issue up in the first place. Based on their feedback, we can decide how to proceed (e.g. update the docs, etc.). |
