Code Review
This pull request addresses a race condition when stopping the flagd process by introducing a wait with a timeout to ensure the process has fully terminated. The approach is solid. My feedback includes a couple of suggestions to enhance the robustness and maintainability of the new code by handling a potential error case and extracting a magic number into a constant.
Especially in fast suites like JS, this seems to cause tests to fail intermittently.
