I've Just noticed this is very similar to #119, but also fixes the mentioned comment. So both of them could be closed together. Unless other lines edited there are wanted. |

What are you trying to accomplish?
Make use of parameterized postgres password introduced in #21 but was not used.
A user can change the postgres password from the environment variable.
