Introduces the GiBleed dataset as internal package data, including all relevant tables in Parquet format and a compressed RDA file. Updates mockDatasets.R to load GiBleed from internal data if available, adds a helper to check for internal datasets, and modifies internalData.R to read and save the GiBleed tables for package use.
Introduces a synthetic, reduced OMOP CDM dataset named 'gibleed' for examples, testing, and offline use. Includes R data object and corresponding documentation.
